Broccoli Pie Without Dough: A Delicious Quiche!

1 broccoli
3 eggs
1 tbsp cornstarch
16 cl of light liquid cream
2 to 3 tbsp milk
grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation :

First of all, preheat your oven to 180° and prepare a pie or gratin dish.
Then cut the broccoli into pieces, wash them and cook them in boiling water in a saucepan over medium heat for 7 minutes.
At the end of cooking, take them out of the water and wash them under running water, strain them and set them aside.
Then in a bowl, beat the eggs with the cream, cornstarch, a pinch of salt, black pepper and nutmeg, and milk.
Pour your preparation into the dish then place your broccoli florets on top, sprinkle with grated cheese.
