Asparagus has never been so delicious! Here’s an easy-to-make and easy-to-make recipe for a delicious and delicious quiche.

– 1 Shortcrust Pastry – See Homemade recipe.
– 2 bunches of finely chopped green asparagus
– 24 cl of heavy cream
– 3 eggs
– 6 cl milk
– 100 grams grated Parmesan
– Salt
– Chilly
Preparation:
First wash and dry your asparagus, cut off the ends and put them in a pan filled with salted boiling water.
Then cook on medium heat for 12 minutes, then drain them and place them on a sheet of paper towel.
While cooking, preheat your oven to 200 degrees and butter your quiche mold.
Whisk the eggs with the cream, Parmesan and milk in a bowl, adding a pinch of salt and pepper.
Spread your dough into the mold — the bottom and sides — then prick the bottom with a fork.
Lay the asparagus halves from the middle of the dough to the edges, and then pour your mixture over the top.
Then put the remaining asparagus on top in the same way and put your mold in the oven to cook for 35 minutes.
Finally, here’s your quiche with asparagus and parmesan, to serve and a good appetite for everyone.
