  • 180 grams oatmeal
  • 2 apples
  • 3 bananas
  • 12 cl of apple sauce
  • 80 grams chopped walnuts
  • 60 grams raisins
  • 60 grams oatmeal
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground clove
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • Salt

Preparation:

First, preheat your oven to 180°, cover the baking sheet with baking paper, peel and cut the apples.
Spread the oats on a baking sheet and put them on the griddle in the oven for 20 minutes, taking them out once they are colored.
Place oats on a plate, scrape lightly with hand, then let cool.
Heat a little butter in a pan over medium heat, then add the apple pieces, stir for 3 minutes.
