Vanilla Souffle: An Ultra-Melting Soft Cake
Vanilla soufflé is a classic French dessert that is both light and fluffy.
It is prepared from egg whites and usually served with icing sugar.
Although it may sound difficult to make, this soufflé is actually quite simple and only requires a few ingredients.
- 30 grams cornstarch
- 16 cl milk
- 3 eggs
- 60 g sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- granulated sugar
First, pour the milk into a saucepan, add cornstarch, sugar and vanilla sugar, and whisk until it boils.
Leave the heat to cool down then separate the yolk from the white of the egg.
Beat the egg whites with the help of a beater.
Put the egg yolks in a saucepan, beat with a whisk, then add the egg whites and mix with the marmalade.
Divide your dough into buttered ramekins and place in the oven at 180 degrees to cook for 35 minutes.
Finally sprinkle icing sugar and serve.
