Classic Apricot Tart: An Old Fashioned Recipe From Our Grandmothers – For your dessert or breakfast, here’s an easy recipe for at home and for the whole family.

– 1 kg apricots
– 3 tsp sugar

preparation :

First of all, preheat your oven to 200° and apply butter on a pie pan.
Roll the dough with the help of a rolling pin, then spread it in the mold and prick the bottom side with a fork.
Then wash and cut the apricot in half, pit it into quarters, sprinkle the flour with 2 tbsp sugar in an even layer.
Place the apricots on the dough from the edges to the middle and then put them in the oven to cook for 20 minutes.
Then take out the mould, sprinkle 1 tsp sugar on the apricots and this time cook at 180° for 20 minutes.
