- 500 g paneer
- 100 g sugar
- 100 grams cornstarch
- 50 grams raisins
- 4 eggs
- 1 lemon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
First of all preheat your oven to 180°, place a round of parchment paper on the bottom of a springform pan and a band around the edges.
