– First of all, take out the flour in a vessel, add sugar, yeast and a pinch of salt to it – keep the salt away from the yeast.
Then mix with the marinade by adding water on top – you can add a little water – just to make a paste.
Form a ball with your dough, cover the bowl with cling film and let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
After resting, add olive oil and knead your dough by hand on a clean work surface for 5 minutes and form a ball.
Grease your bowl with oil, put the dough in it, cover and keep it for 50 minutes till it doubles in quantity.
Lightly oil the work surface, roll out your dough and then cut it into 2 equal parts, cover them and leave them to rest for 10 minutes.
Flatten each portion into a circle and then roll them by hand to make 2 baguettes.
Place your baguettes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, then cover them and let them rest for 30 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 200°, pierce the baguettes with a knife and sprinkle water over them.
