Creamy Verines: A very tasty and wonderful dessert

Desserts are the best dishes that are loved by everyone, they are an essential part of the menu. Although presentation is the key to any dish, it becomes even more important when it comes to dessert. Creamy glazes are the perfect way to showcase your sweet treats and make them even more enticing to your guests.

Component :

For Sponge Cake:

120 g flour
120 g sugar
4 eggs

For Garnish:

32 cl liquid cream
200 g mascarpone

Preparation of Creamy Verine:

Easy sponge cake preparation with 3 ingredients:

First of all, preheat your oven to 180° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Then blanch the eggs with the sugar in your food processor.
Once your preparation is white and frothy, sift the flour in 3 passes – adding 40 grams each time – then mix with the maryse.
Spread your dough out in an even layer on a baking sheet and then place in the oven to cook for 10 to 12 minutes.
At the end of cooking, leave to cool, invert your sponge cake onto another sheet of parchment paper and then cut out circles using your glasses.

Stuffing Preparation:

First of all, put the cream in the freezer for 12 minutes with a whisk.
In one bowl, whisk the mascarpone with 16 cl of cream, then whisk the remaining 16 cl of whipped cream in another bowl.
Put the whipped cream in a piping bag and put it in the fridge.
Wash, peel and cut the strawberries in half.

Assembly of glasses:

firstly pour 1 tbsp mascarpone cream in each glass and place a circle of your sponge cake on it.
Place on top of the strawberry pieces, then add another layer of mascarpone cream and top with another layer of sponge cake.
Decorate with whipped cream using a piping bag and then top with strawberries.
