Chocolate Fondants in Ramekins: A moist and irresistible cake!

    • 60 g flour
    • 220 grams chocolate
    • 150g soft butter
    • 150 grams) sugar
    • 4 tbsp water
    • 3 eggs

preparation :

First butter your ramekins.
Then cut the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a bain-marie with water.
In a bowl, using your mixer, beat the softened butter with the sugar, then add the eggs — 1 to 1 — beating after each addition.
Continue whisking the flour then pour over the melted chocolate and mix again to make a smooth paste.
Divide your batter into ramekins and pop them in the fridge for at least 60 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 160° and then put your ramekins in to cook for 20 minutes.
Serve with a scoop of ice cream and enjoy your meal.
