Strawberry mousse with mascarpone: a light and very tasty dessert

Component :

250 grams strawberries
200 g mascarpone
15 grams sugar
2 egg whites
1 sachet of vanilla sugar

Preparation of Strawberry Mascarpone Mousse:

First of all wash and peel the strawberries.
Then cut them into pieces and put 200 grams in the bowl of your mixer and cut them into a coolie.
In a bowl, beat the mascarpone with sugar and vanilla sugar, then add the strawberry coulis and beat until smooth.
In another bowl, whip the egg whites with your mixer and then pour them into the first bowl, stirring with a spatula.
Divide your cream into glasses and keep it in the fridge for at least 6 hours.
Finally, serve them with the reserved slices of strawberries and enjoy your meal.
