Component :

250 g flour
30 cl milk
30 g sugar
70 grams butter
1 sachet of traditional yeast
2 eggs
Salt

Preparing the Puffed Pancakes:

First, melt the butter in a saucepan on low heat.
Then mix flour, baking powder and sugar in a bowl and make a well in the middle.
Add eggs, mix with a whisk, then add melted butter and milk and mix again to make a homogeneous paste without lumps.
Wrap your salad bowl and put it in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Get out your salad bowl, whisk with a whisk for a few seconds, then heat up a lightly oiled frying pan
Place a small ladleful of your batter then cook for about 1 minute until small bubbles start appearing on the surface.
Turn over with a spatula, then let the other side brown, repeat the process until the batter runs out.
Finally, serve them with honey and fruits of your choice, good appetite to all.
