1 round zucchini
1 tomato
4 eggs
20 cl cream
2 leeks
3 tsp oil
50 grams grated mozzarella cheese

Preparation :

Dough preparation:

First of all pour the batter in a bowl.
Break butter into pieces and mix by hand to make a slightly sandy mixture then add a pinch of salt and egg to bind the dough.
Knead with hands to form a ball, then spread on a pie pan and pierce the bottom with a fork.
Then put your mold in the fridge while you prepare the filling.

Filling Preparation:

First of all wash the spinach, cut it and drain the water, wash the cheeks and cut them into rings, cut the chicken into small cubes.
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large skillet and cook the spinach on a medium heat.
In another pan, brown the leeks with 1 tsp oil over medium heat, then add the chicken pieces with a pinch of salt and pepper and cook, stirring occasionally.
After the spinach is cooked, take it out of the water and cut it with a knife.
Add the spinach to the pan of chicken and cook, stirring occasionally. Preheat your oven to 180°.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the cream, grated cheese, and a small pinch of salt and pepper.
Cut the zucchini into slices and brown in a pan for a few minutes, stirring, then wash the tomatoes and cut them into thin slices.
Place the chicken spinach and leek stuffing on the dough and spread with a spatula, then place the zucchini slices in the center and the tomatoes around it.
Then pour your cream preparation on top, shake your mold lightly and put it in the oven to cook for 25 to 35 minutes.
