Small Pistachio Pieces: A delicious dessert that will please all gourmets.

The dessert – small pistachio flans – is usually served cold and with various toppings, making it a perfect treat for any occasion.
75g unsalted pistachios
60 ml milk
60 g sugar
1 egg + 2 egg yolks
Preparation of the mini pistachio flan:
First of all preheat the oven at 180°.
Then using a blender or food processor, grind your pistachios into a fine paste.
Pour the milk into a saucepan, bring to a boil, and then add your pistachios.
Put egg, egg yolk and sugar in a bowl and beat it with a beater.
Pour your preparation into a saucepan and whisk with a whisk.
Divide among ramekins — or flan molds — and place them in a bain-marie filled halfway with water to cook.
Place your dish in the oven to cook for 25 minutes and let cool for a moment at room temperature.
Then keep them in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
Finally serve with chopped pistachios and wish everyone a good appetite.
