Condensed Milk and Caramel Flan: A delicious dessert in no time.

Today, we’re thrilled to introduce a classic dessert that has been enjoyed for generations in many cultures around the world – Condensed Milk and Caramel Flan. This creamy, velvety and caramelised dessert is one of the most popular and is perfect for any occasion.
Our recipe uses only a few ingredients that you can easily find at your local grocery store. It is a combination of sweetened condensed milk, milk, eggs and sugar.

Component :

For the Condensed Milk Flan:

  • 1 sweetened condensed milk – about 400 grams
  • Milk – use an empty can of condensed milk
  • 3 eggs

For the Caramel:

  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp water

Preparation :

Toffee preparation:

First put sugar in a vessel, add water.
Place saucepan over medium heat, cook until simmering, tilting saucepan, until mixture is caramelized.
Take the pan off the heat and keep it aside.

Preparation of condensed milk flan:

First of all, preheat the oven to 180°, beat the eggs in a bowl with a beater.
Then add condensed milk and beat it again with a mixer.
Fill the can of condensed milk with milk, pour it into the bowl and whisk again to get a smooth mixture.
Distribute your caramel into molds, pour over your milk preparation.
Pour boiling water over a dish, place your molds in it and cook in a bain-marie in the oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
Finally let it cool, take out from the mold and serve, serve everyone with pleasure.
