This cake is a classic dessert that’s perfect for any occasion.
It’s made from a simple vanilla cake recipe, but the addition of chocolate makes it extra special.
Marble cake is easy to make and only requires a few simple ingredients.
This cake topper is perfect for any party or gathering.
225 g flour
125g soft butter
140 grams brown sugar
35 grams cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
First of all, preheat your oven to 180° and line a cake tin with parchment paper.
Cut butter into pieces in a bowl, add brown sugar and vanilla sugar and beat it with a beater.
Once the mixture turns white, add the eggs 1-1, beating with beaters after each addition.
Mix the flour with the baking powder then add it and mix to make a uniform dough.
Then divide your dough into two bowls, add cocoa powder to one bowl and mix to make a chocolate paste.
If your batter is too thick then you can add 1 to 2 tbsp of milk to it and keep stirring continuously.
Then alternate your 2 layers of dough into the mold, starting with the white dough layer followed by the chocolate.
With the help of a fork, make a pattern on the inside of both the doughs – to mix both the doughs lightly.
Then put it in the oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
At the end of cooking, leave to cool for a moment, unmould, cut and serve, relish everyone.
