Component :

200g pasta (such as penne or tagliatelle)
200g fresh salmon fillet
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
24 cl heavy cream
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
A few sprigs of fresh dill or basil (optional)

Preparation of the fresh salmon pasta recipe:

First cook the pasta according to the directions on the package. Meanwhile, dice salmon.
While the pasta is cooking, chop the onion and garlic and heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add onion and garlic and cook till translucent.
Then add the salmon to the skillet and cook until cooked through, about 4 to 5 minutes. Be sure to stir regularly to keep the salmon from sticking to the pan.
Once the salmon is cooked, add fresh cream to the pan and stir well so that the cream mixes with the salmon, garlic, and onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Drain the pasta – reserving a small amount of the cooking water – add it to the pan with the salmon sauce and mix well so the pasta is well coated. If the sauce is too thick, add a little water to cook the pasta.
Finally, serve the salmon pasta immediately, garnish with fresh dill or basil if you have it, and enjoy your meal!
