Raspberry and Mascarpone Mousse: A Delicious and Impressive Dessert

500 g raspberries
70 g sugar
24 cl whipping or liquid cream
100 g mascarpone
3 tbsp. breaking sugar on s
7 g vanilla sugar
Preparation of Raspberry and Mascarpone Mousse:
First cut the raspberries into four parts.
Then put these in a saucepan, add sugar and mix.
Then cook on low flame stirring for about 12 minutes, let it cool and make a puree by mixing them, strain it only for the juice.
Put the bowl of cream and salad in the fridge while you cook.
Take them out, then using a whisk, whip the cream with the mascarpone and add the icing sugar and vanilla sugar.
Once your cream is whipped and your coulis has cooled, pour the coulis over the cream and then mix gently with a spatula.
Divide into glasses and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Finally garnish with whole raspberries and serve the delicious dish to everyone.
