250 g mascarpone
32 cl liquid cream
80 g sugar
Peel and juice of 1 lemon

Then beat the mascarpone with the juice and lemon juice in another bowl with a whisk.
Take the cream out of the fridge and then pour it into a cold bowl and add sugar to it.
