Creamy Vanilla Pudding: A delicious and very good dessert

70 cl milk
2 tbsp vanilla extract
80 g sugar
30 grams butter
30 grams cornstarch
Preparation of Creamy Vanilla Pudding:
First, heat 60 cl milk and butter in a saucepan until the butter is melted.
Then in another bowl mix cornstarch with 10 cl of remaining milk.
Add sugar, eggs and vanilla extract on top and beat everything with a whisk.
Pour 1/3 of your hot milk into the bowl, whisk, then add the rest of the hot milk and keep whisking.
Put everything in a saucepan, put on medium heat and continue to whisk until the preparation thickens.
Pour into glasses, cling film and then put in the fridge for the whole night.
Finally, serve with biscuits, fruit or just whipped cream.
