Melon ice cream with or without an ice cream maker: a delicate and delicious dessert

Component :

500 grams melon
50 cl liquid cream
125 g sugar
18 cl lemon juice

Preparation of Watermelon Ice Cream with or without Ice Cream Maker:

First cut the melon pulp into cubes, add them to the bowl of your blender along with the liquid cream.
Then add sugar with lemon juice and mix it for 1 minute.

Ice Cream with Ice Cream Maker:

Pour your preparation into an ice cream maker and churn it until you get the desired texture.
Preparation times vary by model of ice cream maker, all you have to do is refer to the instructions for use and then pour into a container.
Then put your container in the freezer for at least 2 hours.

Ice cream without ice cream maker:

Pour your preparation into a container suitable for the freezer and leave to freeze for 30 minutes.
Then take out your container, mix with a spoon and put back in the freezer.
Leave to set for at least 2 hours, but repeat this process every 30 minutes until the ice cream is set.
