Ultra-Flowing Chocolate Fondant: A decadent and delicious dessert!
Chocolate fondant is a classic dessert enjoyed all over the world, from high-end restaurants to home kitchens.
With its simple ingredients, yet impressive results, chocolate fondant is sure to become a new favorite in your kitchen.
I share with you the recipe for Ultra-Flow Chocolate Fondant while maintaining a liquid center.
30 g flour
160 grams dark chocolate
80 grams butter
90 g sugar
First of all, preheat your oven to 180°, butter and flour the ramekins.
Then put the chocolate in pieces with the butter in a saucepan and melt them over medium heat, stirring with a spatula.
In a bowl, using your mixer beat the egg whites with the sugar and pour your melted chocolate over the top and mix.
Add refined flour with a pinch of salt and keep mixing with a whisk.
Divide your batter into ramekins – for those of you who like a runny heart, pop a square of chocolate into each ramekin and then cover with batter.
Then place your ramekins in the oven to cook for 10 minutes – 12 minutes for those who prefer a softer fondant.
Leave to cool for a moment, then unmould and sprinkle with icing sugar and cocoa powder, enjoy your meal.
