100 grams dark chocolate
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
Preparing the Easy Chocolate Mousse:
First of all separate the egg white from the yolk in two bowls.
Cut the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
Once the chocolate is well melted, add vanilla sugar and egg yolks on top, then beat with a whisk until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
As for the egg whites, beat them with a beater.
Add the egg whites and mix gently with a spatula.
Then divide your mousse into 4 glasses or bowls and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
