Snickers Cheesecake: A cake that melts in your mouth!!

Cheesecake is one of the most delicious desserts out there.
But what if you could make it even better? Meet Snickers Cheesecake!
This dessert is made with a rich layer of cheese, topped with a layer of peanuts, then finished with a layer of caramel and chocolate.
This is the perfect dessert for any occasion!
You can whip up this Snickers cheesecake that will have your guests coming back for more.


  • 400 grams biscuits
  • 15 grams cocoa powder
  • 200 g butter
  • 500 g cream cheese: Es Philadelphia
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 24 cl of liquid cream 33%
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 grams roasted peanuts
  • 180 grams dark chocolate

preparation :

First preheat your oven to 130 degrees, line a springform pan with parchment paper and melt 150 grams of butter.
Pour your biscuits into a mold then pour into a salad bowl, top with cocoa powder and melted butter, mix with a spatula.
Pour your batter into the springform pan, then pat the bottom and sides with a spoon.
Put the cream cheese in a salad bowl, top with 100 g sugar, 16 cl liquid cream, eggs and then whisk everything.
Once your mixture is homogeneous, pour it over the dough, smooth with a spatula, and then put in the oven to cook for 90 minutes.
At the end of cooking, place the peanuts on top of the cream layer
Put 100 grams of sugar in the pan, caramelize it while stirring with a wooden spoon, then put 50 grams of butter on top and mix.
Heat 8 cl of liquid cream in a saucepan and then pour it into the pan and stir until it boils.
Pour the caramel over the layer of peanuts and let them cool to room temperature.
Melt the chocolate crumbs in a bowl over a bain-marie, then spread it in an even layer over the caramel layer, smoothing with a spatula.
Then put your mold in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Finally take out your molds, unmold, cut and serve, good for everyone.
