Weight Watchers recipe, great if you want to lose weight, easy and for the whole family, try this.
Ingredients for 4 people – 0 sp per portion.
- 250 grams potatoes
- 100 grams fresh or frozen peas
- 3 heads of small pak chow cabbage
- 1 onion
- 100 grams carrots
- 1 stalk of celery
- 4 baby leeks
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 liter hot vegetable or chicken broth
- 12 mint leaves
Preparation:
First peel and cut your vegetables, cut the carrot in half lengthwise, chop the onion.
Then bring the broth to a boil in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
Then add the onions, carrots, celery, leeks and garlic and bring the contents of the saucepan to a boil again.
Then add potatoes and let the pan cook for 15 minutes until soft.
Add peas and pak choy — the latter above the level of broth — then let the contents of the pot simmer for 6 minutes.
